Membership Questions
What’s the difference between the two memberships?
Arena Pass covers Monday through Friday. Ultimate Arena Pass includes weekends too. Both provide two hours of jump time per eligible day.
When could a membership save me money?
Two individual two-hour tickets total $45.98, compared with the advertised $29.99 monthly Ultimate Arena Pass. Use the calculator for your visit frequency and check the membership terms before joining.
Do I need grip socks?
Yes. Grip socks are required for jumping. Ask our team whether you need to purchase them for your visit.
Can I use my membership at Thursday Glow Nights?
Yes. Memberships are honored at Thursday Glow Nights, held from 6–8 PM.
Can I cancel or make changes to my membership?
